  1. #1 Ps2 warranty sticker question
    khan2k Guest
    Hi there

I was woundring, is there a way to remove the ps2 warranty sticker in such a way so that u can put it back on and no one will notice that the ps2 has been opened?

iam planning to buy a flip top for my new ps2 but i dont want to loose the 2years warranty... I heard something about warming it up with a hairdryer or something...

It would be very nice with a tutorial or a link...

    Thanks
    Khan2k

The hair dryer should work, but..what I did was just remove it, and it doesnt look like it was ever there.

    stores dont check it, either.

easiest way to do this is heat it with a blow dryer while carefully useing a razor balde to life the sticker and just let it heat while you gently pull it off... thats how i do it.

This works pretty well for me if I ever need it.
Carefully pull off the sticker, Void will be all over it as normal.
Now get a permanent Black marker and colour over the sticky part of the sticker. All the void marks will disappear! To stick it back on use some glue like pritt stick or something. You`ld never know the difference!
