PS2 Ver. 4 Repair Needed

Hi guys, i currently have a Ver. 4 PS2 with a Magic 3.1 that is in need of repairs. It has a blown fuse(on the power supply), a ripped reset cable and the fan stoped working(i swaped it out with another fan and it still doesnt work). I asked around and people say it is prob a blown fuse on my motherboard. I would be willing to pay up to $35 bucks to anyone who can fix these problems for me. Also i could go up to $45 bucks if you feel like installing some sort of a on/off switch for my Magic 3.1. Please email me at Dragonball98312@comcast.net if you can help.

that's pretty cheap for those repairs man... wonder if anyone even does it for that price.
