PS2 v7... nothing show on TV.. whats wrong?

What do you think is wrong with this situation?

Checked all wire and everything seem fine....

but when boot up, nothing happen on TV... no flash no nothing...

I checked the bios part, and everything seem to be solder fine...

anyone know what to do? if can't be fix... i think i have to sell it on ebay..

P.S - system is V7 (with internet kit), Magic V... It work before, until i took the scex cap off..but i heard it still work without it... but now, nothing show on tv when power on..it as if tv is off.....

Check the whole board for any solder balls. Check carefully... The scex point shouldn't have anything to do with screen going black. Also check the bios again. I got a feeling that there's a short between those legs.

I had this 2 times before with two consoles, check the bios pionts and get that desolder braid!
