PS2 V7 Drive not spinning

My power cable had come disconnected so i had to dis-assemble my ps2 to reconnect it. System powers up, eye moves on system start and the hub spins momentarily (2 secs) then nothing.

Any suggestions on what's possibly wrong?

Check the ribbion cable to the laser on both ends it may be loose or misaligned.

possible PS13 fuse blown.

a.) where is this fuse located
b.) unlikely since the drive was working fine before the ribbon cable came disconnected

sucess! LOD was right on the money with the ribbon cable being loose. good call.
