ps2 v5/6 spch-30001 R diagram?

does anyone have the motherboard diagram for the scph-30001 R v5/6 ps2? also can i get some tips on what modchip to install. i was thinking of going with the modbo 4.

If your going to play Ps1 games then get the GP-788XL or the M7. Modbo 4.0 is unstable with PS1 Games and dont even think of matrix infinity as they can't play Ps1 games and are unstable with Ps2 games!
