ps2-v4(noGap) wont flashbios (RSOD)

well to no avail i installed the DMS 4 SE LITE chip on a v4 ive done a ton of these and this is the first one ive really had problems with, Everything works as it should(original dvds and cds), however i cannot boot the bios disc it gives me the please inset ps or ps2 formatted disc. Ive tried the main dvd points along with the alternates still it will not boot the disc. The modchip enables and disables as it should yet it still wont boot the disc. And the disc is being burnt correctly. Any help i would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

heres a pic of the install ive checked EVERY SINGLE POINT with a multimeter and they are OK so im just gonna assume its the dms 4 chip unless some one else tells me different

Try another chip. There were a buncha bad DMS4 going around with bad crystals.
