PS2 V12 wont turn on

I have a slim ps2 that I have and it is NOT modded, no warranty sticker though

anyways, it was working fine, i left it in standby when i was gone for 4 days and i just came back now and the ps2 doesnt turn on, what could be the problem?

Check all the fuses.

i opened it, all fuses seem to be fine, i think it is the Power supply because my idiot friend is like "I'll touch the 2 points @ the same time with my finger and if it shocks me then you know the power supply is good" well he did it and then I did it to see if he was lieing, and nothing, I am pretty sure the Power supply is dead, where can I get another V12 PS2 Power supply for a fairly good rate with shipping included in the price?

LiquidCell: first I'd suggest to test the machine with another psu before buying one. If it's not the problem you just waste some bucks on a psu, and it would help nothing.
