I'm having problems with my V1 PS2 laser. It's having a lot of problems trying to boot regular CD media, but DVD media seem to work ok(still struggles a bit).

Can someone give me advice to prolong the life of my laser before I start tossing it? I've tried cleaning it several times but I think I may have to resort to readjusting it.

Also on that note, is there anyone here that has a new laser that'll fit in my V1-c PS2?

    Thanks
