ps2 repair and modchip installation

I have a 30001 ntsc ps2 that gives me a disc read error everytime i try to load a game or movie...is there anyone or any good site i could send my ps2 to, to get repaired for a decent price.

I would also be intrested in getting the latest version dms chip installed...i would also be interested in a premod that ran for a comparable price, if one existed...

Lastly, i am looking for a complete dtv setup for 'testing' purposes...any help would be greatly appreciated.
