I install a DMS3 2.0 chip in my v5 PS2 last night PS2 worked great for about 30 mins all PS2, PS1 backups booted up fine. While playing a PS2 backup the game freezed so I hit reset now the red light on the reset button comes on and turns green when the PS2 in on but the blue light on the eject button does not come on, the screen is blank, the tray will not come out when eject is pressed and the disc doesn't spin. Removed chip same problem. PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like you may have poped a fuse, Also check for solder balls on the Motherboard.

    UPDATE
Found the problems the fuse at PS11 is blown the BA5815FM chip is also blown. I removed the BA5815FM chip now screen is back up running the blue light on the eject button lights up now. Tray doesn't eject and the disc is not spinning thats because theres no BA5815FM chip. I was reading the forums here and it said that a bad mod chip caused these problems.
