PS2 picture problem

I guess I messed too much with my PS2 PAL v7. :cry:
Didn't exactly remeber when it start, but now there is long horizontal bars after contrast objects on screen. Good example is start screen in Kingdom Hearts - there are two those dark bars after menu items "Start" and "Load". Also on black picture whith "SQUARE" on it there is light horizontal bar before and after "SQUARE".

What I was doing is trying to mod RGB input feature into my TV.
Project is successfully completed now, RGB input works just fine, but PS2, which I used as source of test patterns is messed up... :(

And I also tried that pal/ntsc fix on it - was no difference, so I removed jumper.

And oh, I remembered now - once I accidentally leaved console disassebled and working without fan about almost hour. Finding that I quickly turn it off, but console was working fine during that time. Can it fry something?

What it can possibly be? May it be those subtle 4V 220uF capacitors before Playstation A/V socket? :confused:
Or may it be video controller fried?
Tried all video options (composite, S-Video, RGB) on another TVset - same results. It's definately PS2's problem, not TV's.
