PS2 Motherboard Lead Dilema

I know this is a shot in the dark, but I thought I would try and see if I can find a solution before pulling out my hair.

I have a PS2 v4ng and some soldier dripped onto a point on the board. This point is kind of surrounded on all sides. I couldn't tell if it was bridged or not so I unfortunately decided to clip the side of the soldier to make sure it wasn't bridging. This had unforseen consequences ... the entire soldier point came off the board!!! Well, I've been trying to figure out where this point leads so I can correct the missing connection.

This is sort of what the connection looks like. The part that I am wondering is where this trace goes after X.
(meaning O --> O --> X --> ?)

I have don't several magic chip installations so I have better than average soldier skills, I guess I just made a dumb mistake. If anyone could offer some help I'd be grateful.

I'm not really sure what you mean by a better pic. The link to the picture was broken for a little bit, but is now working.

Yep, that is the one.

if it's only that one then it's ok. the only things that need to be there are the pin and via
