i was wondering if there was anyway i could get my ps2 modded in a test installation for ps2newz and get a free modchip i'd pay anything for shipping i have a v5/6

Highly unlikely. You can imagine why - there's nothing in it for anyone but you. If you had a verfied US v9, that might be a different matter.
