PS2 Magic 3.2 Chip

I have a magic 3.2 modchip installed, but it
will not play dvd backups :banghead: of my originals only cdr backups. This is a brand
new playstation 2, so it is not the laser. Any ideas what the problem
could be? The ps2 is a japanese model SPCH-50000

Hi I need help with my modchip. It has different modes with a combination of lights green, yellow, red using a Gameshark to swap disks. I don't know how to boot a DVD-r. Please Help.
