PS2 Just stopped working

I just recently rebooted my ps2 a couple of times because I kept on getting errors while updating a game online. Now, for some reason, the red light on my PS2 isn't on anymore and I can't boot the ps2. I have v12 slim, with CC 1.1 with hacked firmware 24. Please help.

either the power supply has died, or you'll have to open it up and check all the fuses. its possible a wire has come loose and maybe shorted something out.
