PS2 doesn't work after Laser replacement

Hi!

First of all I want to excuse my hopefully not so bad English!

When I modded my PS2 with a Crystal Chip I used the Diode-Fix. Few weeks ago I heard about the SummOne's fix which should be better for the laser unit.

So I tried to apply it to my PS2. Unfortunately I burned one 30k resistor and so the laser unit melted

Then I ordered a new laser unit and new 30k resistors. Today I got everything needed to repair it.
I replaced the laser unit and all 30k resistors like you can see in the attached picture (to get sure I didn't burn another too).

After turning on the (I thought so) repaired console I recognized that the inserted disc doesn't spin and instead of the Crystal boot menu there is the Sony screen (like unmodded PS2 when there is no disc in it).

I hope you can help me finding out why this is so.

The New Lenses Need To Remove Some Solder Bridges.

unfortunatly i don't know wats wrong i also have a pstwo in the same situtation. All the resistors on mine check out correct do yours?

One of the resistors wasn't really soldered. After resoldering the disc spinned! Unfortunately the laser melted again!!!
I'm going to buy a new playstation, cause I don't want to spend more money for a dead console.
