PS2 50K dont boot ANY game

Hi!
I have a problem with a couple of 50001 PS2s. Any games (backups, originals) dont boot at all. The console just go to browser and show a gold disc and says "playstation2 disc".
I tried to change chip and laser, but i have the same problem.

Any ideas?

Are u tried turn cogs to twelve clock?Please use this guide for your problem:http://www.cyber-mag.com/station/laserV9.htm

I have tried every laser adjust possible.
I think the problem is related to this thread:

Did you try replacing the LA6508 chip?

Did the consoles have burned lasers? If so, the LA6508 is likely burned too.

Yeah im gonna say the LA is partially dead.. at least the tracking.. the laser is prob still good. I just fixed a ps2 with the same problem.
