ps2 5000X modify problem

I am still having problems with some PS2 5000X machines maybe 1 to 2 % of total modified.
LA problem, Lens problem, some even m/b problems.
Is there a proven solution to avoid machines from coming with these problems.

Wld be grateful if there anyone can assist to minimise these problems

Do the "romeo 5V trick" on V9 & V10 and that should be the solution.

Search and you will find.
