probs with v12 matrix infinity se

anyone fitted a matrix infinity se chip and found it wont boot with chip connected, works ok with power supply wire disconected?
no probs early version infinity chips.
have checked installation wires etc.
just wondering about clones on the se editions?????
doesnt seem to be any info on the se chips at the matrix site, any ideas?

yeh it was dead, one out of the ten failed.
just replaced it with another chip, same type, no probs.
works sweet

its up and running now, will play backup movies wont play backup games and no logo during boot under ps logo?
