Problems installing dms3 ina v4 PS2

Hello fellows,

i have this litle problem, after installing a dm3 on a v4 ps2 a i have black screen. The ps2 don't init.
What can i do to test the chip if it is ok, and what is probably wrong.
Attached to this post is some pictures of my installation. If someone have any sugestion put it were ok.

I need to put this ps2 working.

is the eject light on?
if its not lts probabley a fuse that went out.

My friend i have the eject light on and if i take off the chip from the board the ps2 work fine.

It's possible to make some kind of test to see if the work is working or not?

umm maybe bad batch is it an early version also does your ps2 work when disabled?

Hello my friend,

i have done as you said, and i the ps2 work very well, but of course only read original titles.

If i try to boot the ps2 with the dms3 working the ps2 don't work.
Do you suspect any thing? Please let me know.

Do you need that i put here any picture of the ps2 with the dms3 that i installed?
