Problem with Matrix Infinity on V4

Hi all,
I just finished putting back together my V4 PS2 after installing a Matrix Infinity chip.
When I turn on the system, there is only a black screen, and a buzzing sound from the speakers. The tray is locked and won't eject. There is also no red light on my controller.

Any ideas as to where the problem is?

Looks like you're bridging the pins on the bios.

Just a quick update.
I've redone the BIOS points and also point A.
Now the system turns on, but the tray won't open.
The reset/eject ribbon is pretty knackered, so could that be why it isn't ejecting?

Does the blue light come on, on the eject button ?

Yes, blue light comes on and flashes once when I press it.

Can you attach a photo with the DVD controller points?
I think the problem is there.
