    Hello everyone !!!
    I installed a Magic5 on V9 and I get the following:
PS2 lights, logo comes up with voice, cd starts to roll, Screen becomes black and stays like that while cd is reading.

Anyone have an experience with a black sereen sympthom?

    Thanks,
    RST

    Try this :
Use fat wires for +Vcc and GROUND.
And DONT crossing the bios wires .

Well, I used 22awg for the GND/VCC and made sure all the M-V are the shortest as possible with no crosses.

Still the same results - the PS2 is detecting the CD , starts to load it, and before you think the Playstation logo is about to come up, it just stays with black screen.

    Any help will be welcome

    Thanks

    Problem Fixed !!!
Thanks guys for the tips - I resoldered the R point and made a bypass to the Y wire so it won't cross any other wire.
I don't know which one fixed it but it works now.

    Thanks again,
    Ronen
