Problem DMS3 2.0 / USA v7 very strange –

Hello,
I have gotten a DMS3 2.0 from Mike @ gamefreax.de (good friend)I am super good at soldering i have done just about every PS1, PS2, XBOX modchips that hit the scene with no problem. I got the DMS3 because of the flash upgradable feature. I first installed on day one from arrival with a perfect installation. When booted for the first time the PS2 turns on fine but when the display comes on and the space sounds come from the PS2 during its normal boot up the sound is real choppy it AUTH all disc but when the ELF goes to load itruns the ELF then restarts back to the PS2 browser (the PS2 does not reset) it just goes back to screen thats grey with the gold disc/memorycard. Out of maybe luck I hit "X" to select the PS2 DVD-R media that even says its a PS2 game. It again loads the ELF and goes back to the browser screen again. Next day I go to do a brand new install with new wires (for shorts), new tape(incase little solder balls got stuck), and re-checked for soldering bridges non found. Again on day 2 same as before same situation. Now I am at day 3 again brand new install just as day 2, made sure wires D, E, F, X, O are all along the mother board with no crosses at all. i know not to cross wires D and E and from lots forum post for version 7 i saw becarful for F as well. X and O were supposed to be routed like D and E which i got from the www.dms3.com website. i even have a very similar install and routing of wires as the DMS3 trouble shoot page with pictures. Again same problem. Removed chip PS2 works fine, added chpi back to wiring job and again same problem i tried to hold down certain buttons to make the chip go into different modes and it does everytime. Eject works for turning on the PS2 so wire C is fine. No black screens. Must i also mention that this third install was the most perfect install ever i spent an extra hour making sure it was 150% install from me. Again same errors. I have contacted Mike from Gamefreax.de and he said it was a short from the BIOS so rechecked everything its PERFECT. Has anybody got a clue as to whats happening or had similar issues? I have searched the forums every and found nothing even similar to this so i made my own thread. USA v7 w/DMS3 2.0. Im talking to Mike now with no resolution form either side i might send to him just to check. Mike said he gotten the scratchy soudn before from short in BIOS but i rechecked and the install is still in great shape. Mike said if that happened sometimes it would boot, sometimes no and would go back to the browser just like my case but the install is PERFECT and im about to slam my head through my PS2. I have never had a problem with any PS2 install no matter the skill level nor wire count execpt this one whcih is my first DMS3 so i have nothing to compare it to. Let me know what ya think please. Upon request i can post the noise it makes and pictures of the BIOS error with great detail so someone could look if ness. Thanks in advance.... §PappMastA§
** Updated: Also the PS2 does go into modes for PS1, DVD, DEV, PS2 when the buttons are held in the PS2 acts different when that is done thus the chip is trying to respond. Thanks **

try this.. .
use a twisted pair wire ... with one of the wire going to GND at each end. The other wire from ie .. D on the chip to D on the board.. This should cancel out alot of interference .. you can try just using twisted pair for D and E .. if it work great .. if not .. you might have to do it withl all 4 points.. D, E, F, and O..
(make your twisted pair simply by twisting two wires toghter. )
