A plethora of new problems

Alright, as some of you may, I tried to install a modchip, but had many problems actually getting it open. I never got to the modchip at all. Anywho:

A new problem:

When I plug the ps2 in, and try to open the disc drive, it moves a bit, stops, and goes back in, like its caught on something, but I dont see anything that it could be caught on, is it an electrical issue?

It's the pins you've been soldering too (bios pins). Clean up the mess and try it again.
