Hi,to all fo you.I am new to this forum,that why i had alot of question.
1.I had a Playstation 2 Ceramic White (Asia Version)Model No. SCPH-55006GT.What is the version of this console?

2.Can the DVD driver or version can be flash and how?

3.When i bought my console,a modchip had been installed.Can you tell me what type of modchip by the following method?
a.To play PS1 or DVD,press the reset button twice
b.to play PS or backup game,load as normal
c.To disable the modchip press on the reset button till the blue eject is on.

4.Will there be in anyway the modchip interfere with the operation the Playstation 2?

This is a v9 or v10, I can't be positively sure but I'm certain that it's a v9.
Anyway, this modchip I had assumed to be a Messiah 2 until you claimed that to play PS1 & DVD you need to double click while with a Messiah 2 you'd have to hold down reset, so this may be a clone of some sort or a chip that I'm not familiar with. (Mars or such..)
It would help if you could take a picture of this install, though.
