Ok, for some reason I opened my PS2 to check the ribbon cable on my ps2 for the eject/reset board, and theres a hole in it like a screw was put threw it :@

I need a new ribbon cable as now the reset button is not working (but eject is), so where can I get one in Canada?

oh by the way, its a v7 PS2 and the ribbon has 7 pins i think, one bigger pin in the middle, and 3 on either side of it, i dunno if the end that goes to the motherboard is the same but thats how many pins are on the side that goes into the reset/eject board.

    I ordered one from www.modchip-sbox.com

Its not real cheap, $15 shipped. But I needed on and they have them. It took about a week to receive it.

cut the cable where it's damaged, strip both sides by melting the plastic coating and bridge them
