Picture rolling

Anyone any idea what the following problem could be?

"We recently bought 2 PS2s and unfortunatly one of them rolls the picture on certain games. The otherone is fine so it would appear not to be the games. I think that it may either be the chip, or a loose wire or something along those lines."

o you have make tests in another TVs ???
Maybe is TV prob ( 50/60 hz or something else)
Do you have try the same game in same TV with a rf modulator ???
What cable use ???
If uses S-video try the RCA or the full scart.

The tv was not NTSC compatible.
