PAL version game on NTSC?

Hello. I have a NTSC PS2 and I am looking for a way to play World Rally Championshio 2 but it is in PAL version. Is there any way this can be played on an NTSC TV and PS2.

ya. you can get a software patcher. or do the color mod (soldering involved)
