Pal Ps2 –
I just moved to US from Norway, and I have a European PAL based PS2. But when I plug my scart into a american TV, the picture is rolling. I guess it's because in America they use different Frequency than Europe. I have been doing some research and it seems that I need to get an PAL to NTSC converter. Only problem is that they're really expensive. And they're almoust impossible to find in US stores. Does anyone have any experience with this, that could help me out with finding a cheap converter. I would also be interested in trading my PAL PS2 to a NTSC PS2 with a modchip. I have a MAGIC 3M Modchip with me but it's not installed. Thanks in advance...
Get a multi system tv. You can get one at http://www.dvdoverseas.com

That'll teach you to leave Europe! It's odd that NTSC-PAL converters in Europe cost around $30 but the other way round is $300.
