If the game is PAL, is there any way to force the PS2 to display it in 60Hz instead of 50Hz?
I know DMS does it but any other chip or way?

messiah 2 install instructions include a color fix...apparently, it's universal so u'll have no probs with it. i've never done it since i got CDLoader doing the converstion for me
But doesn't that only fixes the color, what about frame rate?Originally posted by emad

some games frame rate doesnt change, others do. For example, super bust a move 2 pal run on an ntsc is slow as hell, but when patched to ntsc it will run normal. Same thing in track & field pal. You can even measure the cronometer run slower. It depends on the game really, some run normally(at least in my experience).
juss get the adr patcher and it will patch any game, it werks perfect.
cdloader seems to work for me...only problem, is i've tested only one game for it... Frequency. i get an off-center screen, but it doesn't matter with this game
So are you guys saying if we boot up a pal back-up with cdloader it will play on a ntsc ps2 without a converter or a patch?
