    Hey all,
    I have an NTSC PS2 and tv with DMS3 installed. To play a PAL game do I need anything for it to work properly?

    It will work properly as is. The issue will be your TV and its ability to resolve 50Hz frame rate that comes out the back of a PS2 playing a PAL game.
