Which one is better between Messiah2 Pro or DMS3? I have a PS2 model SCPH-30006R.

and the last question, both of two Mod-Chips can play wihtout to get a standby mode, doesn't it? (like a original media)

personally I'd go with the Messiah2 pro rather than the DMS3 for the time being. ESPECIALLY if you're just a gamer and/or own an Xbox as well as a ps2. So you won't need things like built-in DivX support (a coming soon feature of DMS).

Messiah2 Pro definitely boots better, and yes does boot from the browser like originals.

yes, messiah 2 can, don't know about dms3.
if you're in thailand, why don't you go with the usual blue chip?
messiah 2 pro is compatible with your system.

It's all up to your personal preference and deem what you feel is more important. I feel that the DMS3 is more safe, design-wise, and it adds features for DVD viewing. On the otherhand, Messiah 2 is a proven stable/reliable chip, but doesn't offer the DVD features.

Personal preference....that's all it boils down to.

My vote goes to DMS3.

Funny how the Messiah team can crack V8, a couple of hour after the DMS team post the news about the V8 being cracked

it's hard to say which one it's better.

at this moment, i'll go with a messiah2, it has much more time of testing and a large amount of people here knows what to do if you got a problem
