Is it ok to use the duo diagram(v4 GAP) for QTUVR points for MXL2 ?

cause those points are much easier to solder, but it happens to me that not a single V4 GAP can read dvd-r or dvd+r

Am I wrong or is it just that V4 ps2s are crappy shitholes, i never have trouble with V5 and later versions,

But I thought maybe you are not allowed to use QTUVR that DUO mentiond

i dont know, but an easy way to find out is using a multimeter to see if the 2 points correspond to each other.
i would think theyre the same points though.

Yes, they are equivalent, no difference form the Duo and the Matrix one. Choose the one you prefer.

Check PS1 games if boot correctly. If yes than either check "ABI" points or you need to make a small laser pot adjustment, as laser might be a little consumed.
