Ok I have Nuked the Laser and then replaced it.

Ok I have Nuked the Laser and then replaced it... but still the Disk dont spin up... any Ideas

if you recently moded ur console then the old laser is fine, check the wiring.

Under a Microscope I can see the four coils melted and the lens damaged.. Was due to botched diode install I think... removed the Diode thinggy and used Sumones resostor fix.. is it possable I have nuked the Modchip..

well if u replaced it and still no spin u need to check the resistors where u put the diodes on probyl they blew out
