ntsc to pal convertors

is there any patcher that have the y axis centered on screen. i have used adr patcher 0.5 and vmode xchanger and both are not centered.

nothing can generically patch the y axis .

the scene hasnt truly figured out the y axis... but with enough work some of the senior groups can get it
