NTSC to PAL

Hello all i no that there is a fix i can apply on the the motherboard that a pal machine will work full color on NTSC television .
but does it work on a NTSC machine with a PAL TV ?
has any one got the diagram for that ?

you need to search for color fix. for your version . some chips do it for you on NTSC consoles. Crystal chip 1.1 think matrix also but i have yet to test that
