Will an Original NTSC game (EG: NFS:Underground) work online on my PS2 Pal Console?
Or will it conect me to the NTSC server and I will only play with other NTSC players?

An original NTSC game will be from a different region than you PAL station and as such wont work without a chip enabled as such online play probably wont be possible.
