no ps2 logo??

i installed a 3.1 chip,all the lights work,the tray opens and closes but when the power is on im not getting the browser the screen is black any suggestions on the 5v,rst,grnd i used a 22 awg like everyone said please help me out.

Another that sounds just like my issue. I believe it's a blown fuse. This has happened with all of my Magic 3.x installs. 2 of them were on the blue-green Magic 3.1 and the other was on a red magic 3.6 (clone). There's a thread on here somewhere that shows the fuses, look out for it, it was posted about a week ago.
