No HeatPad On My V7 BA6664FM Chip?

I just open up a newly bought V7 with 022 board and found
out the no heat pad on the BA6664FM.
The BA5815FM got a heatpad but in smaller size, almost half the
size of the chip and it was placed on the center of the chip.
Not like other version of PS2 that the heatpad cover the whole chip.
The other chip MM1582 also got a the same heatpad as
the BA5815FM with the same placement.
My question will it cause any problem for the above stated in
the long run after I modded it with Messiah 2?
Do I need to add a heatpad on BA6664FM and swap to a bigger
heatpad for the other 2 chips or leave at at it was?

The BA66 doesn't need a heatpad. It's only 5v. The BA58 is 12v and does some heavy stuff.

So leave it as it is - no probs.

charlie, does V4 & V5 BA66 also running on 5V?

I modded a few set of V4 & V5 and one of the BA chip heatpads
were gone. Those sets were modded before with swap mod.
The previous modder must had missplaced the heat pads.
So I will just make sure at least the BA58 had a pad on!

no only ba58 runs on 5v. When i opened my ps2 for the first time i thought i was missing it one ba66(v4 gap). And when i looked closer the pad was stuck onto the cage

Those set I modded got no pad on BA58 and was not stuck
on the cage.
Only a pad on BA66.
