No disk or laser movement v12 after bad hd connect install

i installed a subzero fix a couple of weeks ago and it worked fine. then i installed a mi and it worked fine no problems. then i tryed to install HD Connect. after i finished i put mevrything to gether and the hd didnt work but evrything els did. so i took it apart to find all the ground peaces had come of when bending the flex so i put them back with some flux to help stick then tested the console without the laser unit in and hd didnt work so i touched up some of the points and tryed agen with no laser. didnt work so i put the laser block back in and now the hd dosnt work or the laser block. the laser flashes but the worm moter and the spin motor dosnt move. so i removed the hd connect completaly and still the problem please hep

the colourd dots reprusent where there is contanuity


should there be contanuity between tho 2 red dots

plz plz help. any tests i can do

how do u check th tracking and focus coils if you have a sbuzero fix on because i found this http://forums.psxforum.com/files/v12lasercoil.jpg but the subzero covers them.

ps: forgot to mention befor this happned i put the shealds on but not screwed and when i prest rest it flashed read a couple of times and when to standbuy. (think i grounded sumat i shouldnt)
