any ideas on what the problem could be?
Take my suggestions 1 & 3 to your installer or another pro.Originally posted by ariay

Thanks a lot for your help, I really appreciate it. I got my MOD chip installed by a TV repair place. I couldn't find anyone here in West L.A. to do it so it was my only alternative. I'm not sure if he'll understand what "The V wire has come adrift on the install"
or "The NTSC fix has been applied to GND rather than 3.3v" mean because I only gave him the diagrams I downloaded. Could you either direct me to a site where I could find this or briefly explain which part of the installation this applies to. Thank YOu again
The V wire is one of the wires from the BIOS to the V point on the Messiah.
The NTSC fix may or may not have been applied. If it hasn't been applied, don't bother; if it has been applied, it might have been misapplied by connecting the special point on the motherboard to GND rather than 3.3v, so forcing psuedo NTSC.
Thanks A lot. I'll call him now
yeah give him a call, freak
Yeah right, with the first one being your mother on the day you were born in '93, so don't get me started, eh?Originally posted by goatse knieval
