No Boot up at all with mod now out!

Ok, I read Charlie's FAQ, but I can't figure this out. I deinstalled a working Neo4.1 and put in an Apple on my V1 NTSC and all I got was clicking. Took it out checked for bridges and now I have no picture and no boot up! What did I do???? Time to buy a new PS2?

When you took that awful Neo 4.x out did you test the PS2 for basic functionality?

I did not!

I have never had a batched install either!!
