NH3 on 35001GT Bios 030 with GAP

I have received the NH3 MOdchip aka Magic 4, wath can i do to install because the chip start also the console, but the games try to load.
the game doesn't load, but the console detecs the the format of the disc, DVd or CD.
Any suggestion?
i have tried the combination:
P1 P3 P4
P2 P4
Someone told me about two points different than "Z"

Try just P4 , this is the correct jumper config for PAL 3500x

i have the same problem.. i set jumper p4.. it black screen ...
