New v12 Laser not Working

I have burnt out my v12 laser so i got a new one but it dosen't lite up it moves ok but as i said it doesen't lite up.
So i emailed where i got it from www.divineo.co.uk and they sent me this email back.

Normally you have to remove the junk solder from the underneath of the lens,
before it will power up. (these are the circuit protectors)

Does anybody have a pic or know what solder i need to remove to get my new v12 laser working.
