new ps2 chip??!?

well, lik-sang is apparently dead, so I'm screwed out of a chipped ps2 from them... and my RMA.. which really sucks. So I'd like to get a new one, assumably it will be a v7 from a local store, which chip should I put in?

what are the differences in booting modes, installing levels, and reliability?

Get the Magic 2 from modchip.ca they are great and the chip is awsome
