Yeah, i hope they upgraded it now, because i never had so much problems with magic s+ with old firmware as any other chip.

I was gonna get them replaced with this new firmware but i got refund and bought other chips that never give me any problems.
Hello. This is my signature. Nice? yeah? Thanks!

Yes even I must agree many problems with magic S maybe the problems are fixed but they need to bite the bullet and make new PCB's thats just silly to hand modify CAPS on the chips. We pulled the magic S from our website after all the problems we had with the latest v4-12 version.

I heard from team magic that you still keep their magic s+, is that true?

No as stated we do not sell magic s+ anymore at all - we pulled it from our website because too many install issues. This was stated in my message not sure how you missed that.

If "still keep" means "still sell" not even sure what your asking really. We found that the H20 was a much better easier to install safer chip.

we install more than 20 pcs on ps2 slim (old firmware that can use for v9-v12 only), we found 1 bad chip only, after replace with another chip, its work like a charm, so is not a install issue problem. what install issues that you have with magic s+?

Well 1 in 20 is bad to start with , I don't care to get into the problems we had as I already did with the Team. Maybe they updated the chips you have as the chips we had did not have the caps on them, in any case we gave up waiting for them to correct the issue.

Magic was a great team back in the day but they dropped the ball, not enought money in it anymore and too many other code sources that have more features. If you have any other quations you can PM me I dont care to discuss this here.

question is, what install issue you got? We know 1 from 20 is bad, but after all we never have problem with them. We just don't get it why people can judged from 1 fail chip and then said all are bad. Anyway, thanks for the reply, we are here not for argue, but try to give some information.
