Network Adaptor Registration?

Can I registrate my external HDD as a Network Adaptor in the States, so I can participate in those Beta tests? If yes, how?

you have to boot up the US Network adaptor disc...
get it off a friend and find the ripkit at http://www.alucard.cc
then boot that up and register

basically when you install it you're registering it.
