I have a NTSC machine and DMS3.. the network adapter i got is PAL, so as expected i cannot register and connect to Sony Station.

Would the new exploit help me, could i get the ID and burn my own Access disk.. would i need a NTSC or PAL ID though?

You dont need the network access disk to "register" ur ps2. just do it at sony's website.

If you can obtain the US Network Adaptor Disc, you would be able to do it.
I've heard that the PAL disc has DNAS, though I cannot confirm this.
