  1. #1 Question neo4 mod doing the dvd swap trick the draw does not close all the way
    just wondering Guest
I'm having a problem with a old neo4 modded v4 console , it will play all originals , all cdr backups , but when it comes to doing the dvd swap trick the draw does not close all the way (but under any other circumstance the draw works a treat), even with a push it does not help , any advice please...

    TIA

I have had the same symptom on a couple of v4's including my own. Does the drive make a hunting noise when the tray goes back in after the swap? It is more likely the 5v supply. Use one of these alternative 5v points for pin36. It worked for me.
Use the one which applies to your board:

    v4 alt 5v

    v4 alt 5v gap rom
