Not without a considerable amount of difficulty. it requires a double swap and there are, if I recall correctly, serious difficulties with v7 PS2s.
So in this day of no-swap chips, my advice is not to bother with Neo2.2. Also it nacks your laser (if not fitted with a capacitor).
